Raila Odinga’s campaigns in Mandera were disrupted when chaos erupted between ODM and United Democratic Movement (UDM) supporters in Mandera stadium.
According to reports, supporters of Mandera east MP Omar Maalim of UDM engaged in fierce rocks battle with those supporting Hussein Weytan of ODM.
It took the intervention of the police to restore order in the stadium. Thankfully, no one was injured during the altercation.
In his Mandera tour, Raila Odinga was accompanied by Martha Karua, Kalonzo Musyoka and other politicians affiliated to Azimio la Umoja.
